My Approach
Mindfulness Teaching

As an accredited mindfulness practitioner, I offer practical, down-to-earth guidance to help you become more aware of your thoughts, emotions, and daily experience. In a world where mindfulness is often reduced to trendy techniques or productivity hacks, I focus on simple, sustainable practices that support clarity, reduce overthinking, and help you meet challenges with steadiness and curiosity. My approach is about staying real—mindfulness not as a quick fix, but as a way of living with more awareness and understanding.

Everyday Awareness
You don’t need to sit cross-legged on a cushion to develop awareness. Whether it’s noticing the feel of your footsteps, the way light moves through a room, or pausing for a moment before reacting—these small shifts in attention are forms of meditation. I offer simple, grounded practices that help you slow down, reconnect with your senses, and meet your experience as it is.
For those living with physical pain, these practices can offer a new relationship to discomfort—not by ignoring it or trying to make it go away, but by learning how to bring curiosity, breath, and presence to the body, even when things feel difficult. It’s not about escaping pain, but softening our struggle with it.
At the heart of what I offer is open, honest conversation—a space to explore the questions that matter most to you. This isn't about offering advice or following rigid frameworks, but about examining the patterns of thought, fear, and belief that shape how you experience life. It's an invitation to look deeper at what influences your reactions, your choices, and your sense of self. Through genuine dialogue, clarity often emerges naturally—not as something imposed, but as something uncovered. Together, we can untangle what holds you back, creating space for new insights and a greater understanding of yourself and the world around you.
Conversations That Matter
Session Format
How Sessions Are Structured
It's important to know what to expect when starting sessions, especially in the beginning. While each session is guided by our initial consultation, I believe in staying flexible to meet your unique needs.
Some clients may find it most helpful to focus on specific mindfulness techniques, especially for managing physical or emotional pain. Others may prefer more free-flowing sessions, where dialogue takes the lead and we explore what's on your mind.
Life is always changing, and no two days are the same. Depending on your current needs, some sessions may focus on anxiety, while others might be more about integrating mindfulness into your daily life.
The beauty of our work together is that you'll always have a safe, non-judgmental space to return to each week. Some days, you might just need someone to listen; other times, you may be looking for a more focused, direct approach. Whatever life brings, we’ll approach it together.
