In addition to teaching mindfulness, I’m a writer exploring the intersections of disability, perception, and what it means to be human. My work often draws on lived experience with visual impairment, as well as a deep interest in mindfulness, philosophy, and the human condition.
Published Work
Disability Debrief — “Falling For Budapest” — an essay exploring risk, travel and progressive disability.
YourTango — “What I've learned From Losing My Sight” — a reflective piece written early in my career, exploring my journey with Usher Syndrome.
